Meraviglia is not just a name, it is an experience. It was born from the desire of Gabriele Asioli, our deus ex machina, to revolutionize the world of espresso and cappuccino in the Horeca sector. His goal? To create a 100% Arabica blend, composed exclusively of Specialty coffees, capable of conquering every palate.
From the beginning, the vision was clear: zero acidity, low bitterness and a sweet and balanced aromatic profile. After a careful selection of three fine coffees from the American continent, coming from individual plantations, and thanks to a dedicated roasting for each origin, we achieved perfection in the cup.
Designed to accompany even the finest desserts, Meraviglia is the perfect match for pastry shops and restaurants that want to offer a coffee that lives up to their creations.
The Composition
The consistency and quality of Meraviglia derive from the meticulous selection of its coffees, all Specialty Coffees from single plantations (not from cooperatives), guaranteeing a stable and recognizable aromatic profile with each extraction. Each origin is roasted individually with a customized profile, to maximize its characteristics.

The result? A blend with extraordinary balance, with uniform beans and impeccable roasting.
The Experience in the Cup
In espresso it has a hazelnut-colored cream, medium-high and enveloping body, low acidity. In the cup, notes of milk chocolate, hazelnut and Cremino emerge, for a soft and irresistible sip.
